Ok, I figured I'd take one for the team and keep track of my whole WiiFit experience. My wife issued the challenge to me and what she doesn't realize is that I don't lose video games to girls! I definitely won't let them win, either! So, here goes: May 22, 2008Registered Mii "Lyfeliek" into WiiFit program. - Weight: 252
- WiiFit Age: 43
Goal is to lose 5 lbs. in (2) weeks. May 23, 2008- Weight: 251(-1)
- WiiFit Age: 39
- Attempted the first 5 strength training excersises x2 (20 mins. total)
Food:- Breakfast: (2) Light english muffins, light peanut butter, small jam, glass of water
- Lunch: Cheese sandwich(whole grain bread), Light Ruffles chips, can of Coke Zero, then 32 oz. Gatorade in PM
- Dinner: Ponderosa(eek! That won't be the norm!)

May 24, 2008- Weight: 249(+1)
- Sick- only completed Weigh-in
May 25, 2008- Weight: 247(-2)
- Sick- only completed Weigh-in
May 26, 2008- Weight: 246(-1 completed two week goal 9 days early)
- WiiFit Age: 34
- Completed Various Strength, Aerobics, and Balance Games (34 mins. total)
Food:- Breakfast: (1) two egg omlette w/ cheese, (2) pieces whole grain toast, glass of water
- Lunch: movie theater nachos, (1) bigass regular soda
- Dinner: Outback Steakhouse- (1 1/2) pieces honey wheat bread, 1/4 slab of ribs, 1/2 serving mashed potatoes, bowl cinnamon apples, soda(unfortunately)
I finally got a healthy appetite back, so we'll see how much damage I did in the morning!

May 27, 2008- Weight: 247(+.7)
- WiiFit Age: 29
- No training(Walked all day at work then cut 3 lawns)
Food:- Breakfast: (1) two egg omlette w/ cheese, (2) pieces whole grain toast, glass of water, can Coke Zero
- Lunch: 1/4 slab of ribs, 1/2 serving mashed potatoes(other half of last night's dinner- lol), 32 & 20 oz Gatorade, 32 oz water
- Dinner: (2) hot dogs on whole grain buns, 2 small BBQ pork chops, 24 oz water
OK, so eating like crap hit me pretty good the next day- we'll see in a few how I fare this morning.

I'm gonna do a huge update in the near future as soon as I know that the forums' servers are fully restored. I've still been at it, but the results are a little slower now. I'll get 'em up here soon...

Keep it up buddy. I know I'm working out with my guys on bowflex now, but rockband drums is my arms workout every other day. Yay for non-traditional workouts!

Wow. I guess I never realized how some thing as small as eating one meal that's bad for you in one day could have such a definite adjustment.
You gave me some food for though there bro. I may have to alter my diet a little more before I hit the Bowflex next. Although... eating a lot of carbs and stuff is fine for me. I'm tryring to add some muscle at the moment. heh. Go go gadget protein!
